1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the DHP Continuous Professional Development (CPD) platform hosted on Moodle. This service is provided free of charge.
By registering or accessing the platform, users agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
This platform is intended for health professionals, educators, and authorized personnel in Lao PDR. Users must be of legal age or have guardian consent if minors.
3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate personal and professional information.

Authentication may occur via username, email, Facebook, Google, or other approved OAuth providers.

Each account is personal and non-transferable.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to:

Use the platform solely for educational and professional development purposes.

Refrain from uploading harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.

Respect intellectual property rights and platform integrity.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal data (name, email, affiliation, course activity) is collected only for educational delivery and reporting.

The platform is provided “as is.” The Ministry of Health is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party misuse beyond reasonable control.

These Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
